सरकारें को अपनी जिम्मेदारी समझनी होगी

कोरोना के दौरान मुझे पहली बार पता चला, अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति हर दिन मीडिया को एड्रेस करते है उनके सवालों के जवाब देते है और मीडिया भी उनके गलतियों को बताती है। हालांकि इंडिया में तो ऐसा कोई रिवाज वर्तमान में है नहीं। ये केवल यूपीए सरकार में वार्षिक रूप से हुआ करता था ,जो कुछ वर्ष ही केवल कुछ समय के लिए हुआ था। जब मनमोहन सिंह मीडिया को ब्रीफ करते थे। इसका जिक्र क्यों कर रहा हूं क्यूंकि कॉरोना काल में दिल्ली सरकार अमूमन हर दिन प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करती रही और कितने ऑक्सीजन की कमी है और कितने बेड की कमी है और उनके पास क्या व्यवस्था है क्या नहीं है। ये किसी भी अन्य राज्य ने नहीं किया। वास्तविकता में तो पारदर्शिता यहां देखने को मिला। भले ही वो राजनीतिक हो या जो भी हो , लेकिन सूचना का प्रवाह तो बना रहा , लोगों तक जानकारियां जाती रही वो भी अवेयर होते रहे । ये सब चीजें भी गुड गवर्नेंस के लिए मायने रखते है, केवल आरटीआई और फलना ढिकाना से कुछ नहीं होगा जब तक सरकारें ही जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। 🤔🤔🤔🤔 ~AB.soni
