Publish Date:Sat, 21 Apr 2018 सरकार की छवि काफी हद तक लोकसेवकों के इसी रवैये पर निर्भर करती है कि वे लोगों की जरूरतों और आकांक्षाओं की पूर्ति कैसे करते है। नई दिल्ली [एम वेंकैया नायडू]।  भारत को आजादी मिलने से चार महीने पहले 21 अप्रैल, 1947 को देश के पहले गृहमंत्री सरदार बल्लभभाई पटेल ने भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के प्रशिक्षु अधिकारियों को संबोधित किया। देश को एक सूत्र में पिरोने वाले शिल्पकार सरदार पटेल ने दिल्ली के मेटकॉफ हाउस में इस मौके पर दिए अपने ऐतिहासिक भाषण में स्वतंत्र भारत के लिए लोकसेवाओं की अवधारणा स्पष्ट करते हुए सुराज्य यानी सुशासन की बुनियाद रखी। इसी उपलक्ष्य में 21 अप्रैल को लोक सेवा दिवस का आयोजन होता है। यह ब्रिटिश राज में स्थापित विदेशी स्वामियों के हित में काम करने वाली लोक सेवा के सरकार के लोकतांत्रिक स्वरूप में जनता की सेवा में रूपांतरित होने का पड़ाव था। इसके लिए महज प्रशासनिक रूप से काम करने के बजाय पूरे मनोयोग से देश की सेवा करने के भाव में बदलाव लाना था। इस अवसर पर सरदार पटेल ने कहा, ‘यह सेवा अब स्वतंत्र होगी और उसे अतीत की परंपराओं की जकड़न को तोड़ते हुए राष्ट्र

In a recent speech, Prime Minister of India set a target to alleviate poverty from the nation in coming 5 years. India, even after seven decades of independence, and being one of the  major world economies , has about a  quarter of population  living under  poverty.  Every successive government, since 1947, has  tried to reduce poverty  by making  various policies . मेरा नाम अमित कुमार है मै बिहार के चम्पारण जिले का निवासी हुँ। चम्पारण सत्याग्रह के शताब्दी पर आप सभी का हार्दिक अभिन्दन करता हु, शताब्दी वर्ष के उपलक्ष्य मे एक भव्य समारोह का चम्पारण मे आयोजन किया गया और इसमे माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने शि२कत की।            प्रधानमत्री के महत्वकांक्षी परियोजना स्वच्छता अभियान के साथ जोड़कर सत्याग्रह से स्वच्छाग्रह का नारा दिया गया और भारत को निर्मल करने के साथ ही बड़ी हर्षोल्लास के साथ शताबदी वर्ष मानाया गया। अगर स्वच्छता अभियान की बात करे तो इसका प्रभाव यह है की मै स्वयं कुछ भी कही भी फेकने से पहले ( स्वच्छता अभियान की याद आ जाती है) एकबार कुड़ादान अवश्य देखता हूँ।            प्रधानमंत्री जी द्वारा अन्य कई परियोजनाओ का भी शिलान्यास २रवा गया ।मोतिहारी के हरसिद्धि में लगने वाले हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉरपोरोशन के बोटलिंग प्लांट का और बेतिया में नगर परिषद जलापूर्ति स्कीम का शिलान्यास  किया। इसके अलावा मधेपुरा की इलेक्ट्रिक रेल इंजन फैक्टरी से निकले पहले इंजन का लोकार्पण किया। इसे विश्व का सबसे ताकतवर रेल इंजन बताया जा रहा है।चंपार
